בקשה למושב מקביל צריכה לכלול:

  • (i) Title of the proposed special session.
  • (ii) Name, institution and e-mail address of each of the proposed organizers. (At least one of the organizers must be affiliated with an Israeli institution, and at least one with a US institution.)
  • (ii') Name of the contact person for the special session (necessarily one of the proposed organizers).
  • (iii) A short (one to two-paragraph) description of the main themes of the special session.
  • (iv) A SAMPLE list of the proposed invited speakers and their affiliations (these researchers need not have been invited, let alone accepted the invitation).

מושבים מקבילים: כ-12 במספר. בכל אחד מהם הרצאות של 20 ו-40 דקות (נטו), 30 ו-60 דקות ברוטו בהתאמה. היקף כולל למושב: לפידוס מציע 12 שעות (כלומר 12-24 דוברים). אפשר לחלק למושבים באורך מלא (ארבעה ימים) ובאורך חלקי (יומיים ראשונים או יומיים אחרונים).

יתקיים מושב מקביל בתחום העיסוק של הדוברים המוזמנים. קלעי: "קומבינטוריקה".

כנס עמיצור השנתי יתקיים כמושב באלגברה ביום חמישי (מארגנים: אבינועם מן ומישהו מארה"ב).
